What is the monthly Cohort call?
Each month, we will have a call with a group of program members. This call will be facilitated by a senior Smart Leadership Executive Coach. The agenda and format will vary but could include:
- Focus on one aspect of the leadership model (e.g. setting direction) and how to apply in various contexts
- "Hot Seat" - where we conduct group coaching for one member in particular
- Workshop activities to solve current leadership challenges
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your bundle after the first month, reach out to us for a full refund minus $200 (earnest money).
